Those are all scams. You can check them out at www.snopes.com If you give any of them money, the word gets out and they will all make requests. Report these scams to scams@fraudinternational.com

End spam.

What are the most popular times of day for people to read their email?

Are there any particular days that are more popular than others for reading email?

Who keeps stats on this?

What are the most popular times of day for people to read their email?
It mainly just depends on when the email runs on your estreet.
Reply:9:00-5:00 when everybody is goofing off at work.
Reply:I think it depends on the age range. If you've got a bunch of college kids, then it's most likely late at night, early in the morning, after classes, work, and socializing.

I am looking for some place to talk to people, preferably over an email of somesort. Suggestions?

My problem is that I am clinically depressed, possibly. I need to talk to someone, but i dont like using the phone or talking face to face. Talking over email would be best.

Suggestions?

try yahoo groups (they really helped me) or of you're on facebook they tend to have good groups aswell...

Good luck!
Reply:There is a great message board on www.healthboards.com where you can talk to other people who have dealt with, or are dealting with depression. Healthboards is a part of WebMD and has strict moderators and solid rules. You might find this a good way to converse with others and even help someone else who is suffering as well.
Reply:Why not instant messenger like yahoo or aim? They are both free services. To sign up for yahoo messenger look at the home page of yahoo. To sign up for aim (aol instant messenger) go to the aol home page (aol.com) and find the aim on the task bar, on the right and sign up. If you don't have any friends on there you can find a friend by that service within aim. Good Luck.
Reply:I go on http://www.recoveryourlife.com/ alot.

It's mostly based on self injury and eating disorders, but posts/questions/needing support for depresion and other things I am sure is most welcome, and there are always people there to reply and support you as best they can.

It's really restored my faith in humanity to be honest.
Reply:I recommend going to the Pogo web site, you can play games and meet people at the same time for free.
Reply:um myspace?

How do you get more people to email you?

ok, so i have an awesome email, but i want more people to email me. i want 2 be one of those people who get like 100 emails a day. How do i do it?

How do you get more people to email you?
If you know 100's of people that don't have anything to do all day except send out emails, then I guess it would work. Give your email address to as many people as possible and see what happens. You can put your email address on the internet sites and then you will get tons of Spam, junk mail.
Reply:e-mail people on yahoo answers, friends, family, freindly teachers especially kids who like to talk a lot. if u want me to e-mail u my e-mail is ashley.1998@Yahoo.com.

Why won't my computer allow me to email people anymore?

I can receive emails. For some reason as of the last two weeks I haven't been able to send anything!

Why won't my computer allow me to email people anymore?
check your account settings, assuming you are using outlook, go to tools, accounts and in there you will find your account name. check to make sure you have a defined mail server in your outgoing server box

eg

mail.hotmail.com or similar

failing this, call your ISP support number who can walk you thru your settings
Reply:if can send email through any web-based email service (like mail.yahoo.com) then most probably the problem is either with your smtp settings or with firewall blocking your traffic to smtp server

contacting tech support of your isp is not a bad idea
Reply:Are you talking about Microsoft Outlook Express?

Coz if you are then you need to remove one of the updates that may have been downloaded. There was a problem with one of the new updates which cases issues with Outlook.

The update number is KB911567

Here is an article about it:

Because unfortunately that's what happens when people "forward" emails. All existing email addresses in that piece of mail get forwarded as well.

People don't realize that it's polite to delete all the old stuff from an email before Fwd'ing. And it also depends on what email they use. For example, ATT Yahoo is lousy about this, when you hit Fwd it says "Forwarding message attached," and you can't get to the old email addresses to delete them. If this happens, copy and paste the body of the original email and "compose" a new message.

I believe the world wouldn't be spammed as much if people used Bcc.
