Can you tell me how to send an email to several people at the same time on my MacMini?

Safely living in Houston has motivated me to learn how to send stories of Hurricane Ike to family and friends. But I'd like to just send one to many people instead of having to write the same thing to 30 people!

Can you tell me how to send an email to several people at the same time on my MacMini?
Just type multiple email addresses in the To field of whatever email software you use.
Reply:Sending messages to multiple recipients

You can send a message to multiple recipients at one time.

Here are ways to send a message to several recipients:

鈻?br>

Type the email addresses in address fields (such as the To field).

You can customize new messages to show more address fields, such as the Cc and Bcc fields.

Customizing new messages

鈻?br>

Use group addresses instead of individual addresses.

You can use Address Book to create a group; see Address Book Help for more information.

Open Address Book

You can set a preference to show recipients the members of a group when you send a message to a group address.

Some mail servers check that the addresses you鈥檙e sending a message to are valid. If the mail server finds at least one invalid address, it does not send the message to any of the recipients. When this happens, Mail alerts you that the message was not sent and is being held in your Outbox. Remove or correct any invalid addresses and then try to send the message again.
