I have Outlook and I want to email 15 people at the same time; however, when they check the mail I want to block them from seeing each others email address. For instance if I was to email Paul and David, I would like for them to not see each others email address.

Put your own email address in the To: box and put all the other email addresses in the Bcc: box. (Blind copies). The recipients in the Bcc box will all receive the emails but only see your email address showing in both the To and From boxes.
