How can I create an electronically sign-able contract that I can email to people?
Adobe, yes, but also make sure that your state allows and recognizes electronically sign-able contracts. Or if sending them out to people, make sure their states, countries, etc recognize electronically sign-able contract. After all, if not witnessed, you have no proof that the contract was actually signed by the person claiming to be the signatory on the contract.
Reply:In Acrobat 8, you can use the PDF forms tools to create interactive form fields that can be electronically "signed".
