My Mom started an email account for me on yahoo and I want only email from people on my contact list and no one else. How can I do this?

You do have options similar to this though, and it's pretty
close to what you are asking. Turn on your "Spam Protection"
Click on "Options" in the upper right of your in-box. When the options page opens, click on "Spam Protection" and fill out the form to keep spam out of your mail. There are two options you can choose in this form. One is to delete immediately, or send to bulk folder for a period of time.
