We have had three different people ring us to say they have tried emailing us and replying to our emails and it just gets returned to them. Yet all the email addresses we are sending to are on our safe list. Any ideas about why their emails aren't getting through to us.
On the work email, people replying to our emails are getting them bounced back to them.?
Maybe you set rules about the subject or the from space?
Sometimes it happen even if e-mail addresses is in safe list an e-mail bounced if a rule set for the subject overwhelm the safe list.
So only I can think is check the rules you set for e-mails.
If not didn't help then try to put their IP in to safe list too.
