Have you received an email which recruits people as agents for a charity? Then you will receive commission?

They are recruiting me as a part time agent which will receive payments or collections from people who will help charity and then i will receive 10-12% of the payment. They are just asking me to open a bank account where the money will be deposited. I don't see any danger on that so I want to try. What do you suggest? Will I be at risk? Thanks.

This is a scam. They have ways to cheat you. Some 'donor' sends you a check and you deposit it. Then you keep the commission and send the 'charity' a check. Then later you discover that the check from the 'donor' has bounced. You are out the money you sent.
