If I send an email to tom, bob and frank, Bob will receive the email with frank and toms email address. Same for tom and frank. I want bob to get an email without another email address included.
How can I send an email to several people and not have all their names appear in each each other email?
With Yahoo---you are required to put at least one valid entry on the TO line---sooooo---common practice is to put your own address on the TO line and everybody else entered on the BCC line (stands for blind courtesy copy).
Your address on the TO line is all that will be seen, by anybody.
Reply:Use blind copy (bcc)
Some email clients have that field in an obvious place, but sometimes you have to select something to show it.
Basically you don't put anything in the To or Cc field, but put everyone in Bcc instead.
