I want to send to something like a mailing list, but I just want their email to show in the To field. I don't want my email to show or any one else's email to show in the To field except theirs. TIA
How do I send email to multiple people without the other email address showing?
Include each email ID separate in the BCC column or create a distribution list.
Reply:Just use BCC, blind carbon copy. You don't need to put anything in the To or CC line.

Reply:U have to put one person in the 'to' field, then you can put the rest in the 'bcc' field!
