I want to send one email to multiple people. Where do I find 'Insert contacts?

I simply want to send the same email to multiple recipients. I cannot figure out where and or how to get my contacts into my email.

Just above the TO box, you'll see "Insert Addresses" in blue. Click on that and your list of contacts will open. Put a check in the box for each person you want to send it to. It's a good idea to put all of them in BCC (blind carbon copy) except the one you put in TO, This protects the privacy of all the recipients. You could even put your own email address in the TO box and then no one knows any of the other addresses. In these days of ID theft and worse in the cyber world, this is important. If I missed something, ask again, and I'll try again. Also hit Insert Addresses after add.
Reply:click the "To" button. it'll bring up your contact list. click each name you want to send it to. after you have all the people you want to send it to, hit "insert contacts".
