When I go into contacts and select several people to email and compose I get back to a email with no names?

I can not seem to get contacts area to work. I know it has in the past not sure why it is not working now. I go into contact select everyone and select compose but when the blank email comes up there are no email in the to box. Need help please. Thank you

When I go into contacts and select several people to email and compose I get back to a email with no names?
Click on the compose button and write out your message, then click on the 'Insert address' link, or click on the 'To:' line to bring up your address book. Check mark the people you want to send the note to and then click 'add checked contacts.' The E-mail addresses should be added to the address box. If you still have troublw with this, contact a service representative and explain the problem to them.
