How can i send out a email to 1,000 people using microsoft outlook?

I created a distribution list in microsoft outlook with around 1,000 emails. I'm trying to send out an email but it keeps saying error and won't send.





Can outlook handle to many emails? Is there any other way to send out my email.

I don't know about Outlook, but you sure can't do it with Yahoo! mail. With Yahoo you can send to a maximum of 50 addresses at one time. You can do that 2 times in one day for a total of 100. Most email services won't allow that many.
Reply:yea it's cause it keeps you from spaming 5k people a day the only way round that is to have ure ure own mail server and not going through someone else's especially if the email service is offered for free


I mean can u imagine if we all could send an unlimited amount of emails daily? u think spam is bad now just imagine no limit, wow I'd be scared to even check my mail before I started markiing emails as spam if I went a week without checking my mail there would be over a 100 and 90 of them were junk mail
