some are innapropiate but im trying to go to a certain web site that isn't and it is access denied. How can i email them to make the website working again.(what is the email for them?)

How can you send an email to the people who work with blocking certain webs?
They are not denying you access, your PC can also be denying you access either from policies added to your PC or from not configuring your browser, firewall or router correctly.
