You get other peoples' email addresses in many different ways. Sometimes you meet them in chat rooms, on IM programs, and I'm sure some people make friends here on Yahoo! Answers. If they allow contact (check their profiles), you can contact them that way and ask if they'd mind keeping in touch and ask for their e-mail address. Yahoo! Answers doesn't give you the address... your note to them goes through Y!A, so that email addresses are kept private. Also there are ways to have people contact you on 360, MySpace, etc., and in Yahoo! Groups. You have to ask people as you meet them in any of these different ways.
