How do you insert the animated people into an email?

These are the same figures that show up when your email is first loading. I once got a pop up on this %26amp; could drag the figure into the email. I'd like to know how to access this fun feature.

How do you insert the animated people into an email?
To insert animated pics, first you have to make sure that the file you're about to insert is an animated *gif file. Files such as JPG, regular GIF and others are not animated but static. Attach the *.GIF animated file into your message, or insert the *.GIF animated picture and when you send it it will appear animated. You can check it out once you've sent it in your sent messages folder.
