How do you stop people from blocking your email or getting access to your email?

Opened an email account; sent a message asking if they could check into why/when I did not recieve emails. The next time I tried to access email; message came up that email was in accessable. Am trying to connect to ebay(I know how); but if I can't get to my emails or my email response is blocked then can't really operate on ebay/or get ebay responses.

How do you stop people from blocking your email or getting access to your email?
