I seem to have a limit of how many people i can email on the to: and CC: lines. Is there a limit. It seems like others can email more people at once than me.
How many people can email at once?
There are plenty of ways to do it, but most will get blocked by SPAM filters.
Think about what your objective is, and ask if you really need to send to that many at once, or ask some of them to forward for you.
