I constantly send messages to several people and I don't want each person to get a message with all the other people listed in the to space.
How to send and email to many people without everyone knowiing who i SENT IT TO?
enter all the email addresses in the 'bcc' part of the email
nobody can read who it was sent to.
Reply:use the bcc feature of your email program. Send the email to yourself, and in the box that says bcc (blind carbon copy) add the other addresses. The only address that will show up on your friends email will be yours.
Reply:After you hit the forward button, go into the email and highlight the names and delete it. You can send it to one person, and then send the rest as BCC (blind carbon copy) and no one else will know who got it.
