Put all the e-mail addresses into the BCC field and none in the To or CC field.
BCC means Blind Carbon Copy, so that it is copied to everyone but noone else sees the address.
To other people it will appear as having been sent to "Undisclosed recipients".
The BCC option is not shown by default. To enable the BCC option, click "Show BCC" when composing an e-mail, near the top.
How can you send a mass email to people, but not have everyone else see it?
Place every ones address in the Bcc line, which means blind carbon copy, by clicking on the 'Insert address' link. They will not be able to see the addresses of any of the others.
Using the Cc line (Carbon copy) the mail will go to all, but they can see all of the others addresses. Then mail the message to yourself and send it. The only address any of them will see is yours as the principal addressee.
