Can't seem to get new people in to our group. Also, when invites are sent out, there are no pending members.

In the email, people ARE being taken to the web page, %26amp; even after clicking Join this Group, they never showup?
people who join per an invite wont ever show up in pending. that invite by-passes approval- you're more or less pre-approving them with the invite. you'll see them in your members list once and if they join.
after clicking join this group, they have to complete the form- when they're done filling it out and click the final Join, the next page says something like "you are pending". maybe they didn't complete the form? maybe it's a glitch
