How do you send an email to many people, yet ensure the recipients only see your address, not all the others ?

It must be possible as I receive, like others, emails obviously sent to many people, which only display the address of the originator, not all the people it was sent to.

How do you send an email to many people, yet ensure the recipients only see your address, not all the others ?
They blind carbon copy it. Or bcc it to the other people. You send it to one personally usually as the primary receiver and then blind copy it to all the others. Not knowing what e-mail program you're using it's impossible to tell you where it's located. Blind copying on aol just involves simply putting the addresses in parentheses. I.E. (joeschmoe@aol.com) would blind carbon copy it to Joe Schmoe.
Reply:Send the E-mail to your own E-mail address, and list everyone else as Bcc. This way they all receive the E-mail and none of them will see the listing or address of the others.

(Bcc is blind carbon copy.

Cc is carbon copy, and all addressees see all names and addresses)
Reply:BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) all the email adresses it is supposed to go to.
Reply:bcc everyone

(stands for blind carbon copy)
Reply:Use the BCC option - blind copy contacts
Reply:CARE.
